Still related to DIY distribution – with its industrial production methods and focus on cost for the public – we have been creating a number of solar lighting fixtures for years. Wall lights, portable floor lamps, stake lights, table lamps, ambient lights, security lights.... When we started in 2012/13, we have had to incorporate all sorts of technical constraints – large drivers, limited battery capacity, low-performance solar panels. Today, the optimized technical environment allows for greater freedom. Mobility, battery quality, motion sensors, miniaturization of certain components, quick installation. Solar energy, has been really criticized due to the low quality with gimmick products is becoming mature and essential.
